Hi

I know this has been discussed a few times but im stuck as to which to buy.

Ive used the twist screw on type before but i thought id pickup one of these systems.

Which is the best for quality if cost wasnt as issue.
Which is the cheapest but still good.
Which is the best overall value & quality?

Here are the ones ive looked at. Too much choice.

Any advice.....?

perfect level master for me hands down.. the clips are far better than ramondi. Ive seen a few now though its not cheap I know im getting my moneys worth.. the PLM wedges have 1 2 3 5mm steps on them at the front of the wedge as well. Ill send you a small sample I have quite a few
I use the mustangs, do like them, bought the pro kit but kept wedges (identical to PLM) and just bought 2000 clips unbranded off eBay for 40 and they are good!

No I've also got them 2mm and 3mm so that it acts as spacer aswell! I do take a small trowel (Raimondi olive) along edge of tiles to clear excess adhesive away! Think that makes a big difference and keeps tiles and joints clean

Oh and lash clips once . They're total rubbish but I do like the yellow wedges for wall tiling to support the bottom row

I'm a DIY'er and bought lash because they seemed OK - but they are way too thick under the tile for easy use (for me at least) with anything under a 10mm trowel, using a 6mm trowel I couldn't get the clips in! Agree the wedges are great for spacers - I nip the flat end and as many steps off as I need to get closer to the size of spacer I need.

I think the lash clips would be really good for large uncalibrated slate or something. the curved base would be able to sort the different thicknesses.
A reasonably local tile shop I use stock Siri smart level clips and wedges and I find them great - used 500 yesterday and only had 2 break on me and that was probably my fault.
Can't remember how much the wedges were as I've not needed to buy any more for a long time but I just got 1500 clips for £90

Im torn between PLM and Mustang. PLM definitely better quality but for the money mustang do the job well too.
Ive tried Peygran too which are even more expensive than PLM and they are strong but are a right pain to snap off (takes 3 times as long)
I saw your video on that on twitter, Joe..... seemed a very clear winner out of the two....

Hi, I'm new to the forum and fairly new to tiling, my only previous "proper" job was my recent bathroom (600x600 porcelain, about 25m walls and floors) which went pretty well. I'm now having a go...
