Cumulative effects are what will bite you later. Personally, i try to be very careful mixing and cutting. If i don't wear a mask then i hold my breath. I can still do 25m underwater and i reckon it's the practise i get cutting porcelain which keeps my lungs like that!
I bet ur a student of Wim ( The Ice Man ) Hoff

One Day

I watched him on the joe Rogan experience the guys mad as a box of frogs but his stuff works I had my Mrs time me holding my breath for 3 mins using his techniques
I've read his stuff and i buy into the whole mind over body thing. Try the cold shower thing, it's the hardest most painful thing I've ever done (ever) but it really makes you feel supercharged.

Just always make sure you're wearing a mask when any kind of dust is going to be knocking about. It's not a hard fix. Some good masks about these days too.

Apparently its well bad for you.
Bit late for most of us if it is
Was wanting to know I guess through the years ive breathed in all of crap including some silica. last night I was trying to finish a job that a tile guy started for me. I was cut porcelain tile with my grinder for a couple of hours without a respirator. You think I’ll be ok? I mean I know it not a doctor but any advice would help me mentally.
