Work in progress: a new course advice website

Knocked this up in a few hours. Needs lists adding and then lots of advice.

Good start with the web site too, it's kool.

We used to have something similar years ago but when the markets crashed it wasn't long before government funding stopped and construction was dead so it kinda fizzled out.

But there seems to be a few strong firms left so thought its worth getting a list back online.
