What silicone to use with grout colours.

Hi any advice on what would go with what.

I've layed off white tiles on floor with grey grout.

I’m putting off white tile skirting around the floor.

What colour of grout should I be using for skirting and what colour at the top and bottom silicone should I be using.

Or as there rounded skirting tiles should I only be silicone at the bottom of tile with the tiles finished edge meeting the wall.

Use the same colour silicone as the grout at the bottom and grout the top . Or you could trim it.
