Discuss Water not flowing to shower drain / Incorrect Fall Levels? in the Tanking and Wetrooms area at TilersForums.com.

Hi,
We have just done some bathroom modifications privately to level out a shower floor for an elderly disabled bathroom. We just did the shower area and not the whole bathroom (so only the pink tiles are new). The water is flowing outside of the shower, suggesting the fall levels are not correct in the shower tiles. We will look at getting the tiler back to fix it. Could anyone please offer advice for how to best fix this issue, such as how the tiles should be sloped, what sort of fall level, etc?
Please see photos and video attached.
Thanks for any help.
