Underfloor heating on concrete slab

have a large concrete screed with underfloor heating in pipes which has been down for over 12 months
It requires tiling but heating will not be connected for a further 6 weeks
Could anyone advise me if it would be safe to lay the tiles before heating up the slab?

What would be the scenario if you had a leak!
If it could be pressure tested you could then lay a decoupling mat before tiling.
What type of tiling are you having and what advice has your contractor given?

Here, almost all ufh,
Are not commissioned.
The pressure is carried out with compressed air.
In the event of a leak, the manometer confirms it.
Here, we are a bit crazy.

I have an electric heater that I can connect to wet ufh. I connect it up to manifolds and then leave it on until the floor has reduced to an acceptable level for tiling.
Where are you in the country?
I think there is a good business out there hiring these out. Mine is 6kw and has heated a 80m floor.

Thanks for the comments it has been pressure tested with air and sand and cement laid over the pipes no one locally seems to have had much experience as to whether the screed will crack when heated and if we need expansion joints in the 45 sq m area

Porcelain no our tiler is going to do it but not had much experience with UFH
