More than anything, having a smaller cutter for the jobs where you've got smaller tiles just means you're not lugging a huge cutter around. And you do tend to move them around a bit as you work around the room. And smaller bathrooms small cutters fit in much better.

I'd go for a 700 and a 300ish. Probably end up hiring one for the huge tiles though that way mind, needing a 900 or something.
