Discuss Porcelain slabs for patio in the America Tile Forum area at TilersForums.com.

Hi all. Just after a quick bit of advice.

The other half wants porcelain slabs for the patio.
It’s about 11sqm. I’ve watched lots of different YouTube videos. Doesn’t look to bad.
Just couple questions from anyone that’s fitted them.
1) what’s the best way to cut them? I’ve got a 4” and 9” grinder. My 4” has the thin premtool blade which I find I’m happy with cutting normal porcelain.
2) any views on what suction pads I should use. I was looking at the Rubi manual ones on protilers.

Slabs are 900x600x20 mm

Cheers
