    Which Trowel - 12mm 600/400 Marble

I'm about to tile the walls with 600/400 12mm Marble. Not sure whether to use 6mm, 8mm or 10mm trowels & wondering what you would use. Cement is Weber.set Plus, the walls are nice & flat (Dura WP over Hardie 12mm) but with a few lumps & bumps created by overlapping the WP etc.

Trowel size for laying Hardy Cement Board

Hey all, Would it be ok to use a bigger trowel when over boarding slightly uneven floor boards with hardy? Don't feel confident using SPF with a 6mm trowel, not sure if it will fill the voids

What trowel sizes does everyone carry with them.

Just been through my van and found 6 trowels all slightly different but with the same depth to them so now decided to organize myself again! Generally I carry 4/8/10/13 and a 20mm trowels No preference to any brand and it got me thinking as to what everyone else is carrying around.

    Genesis Tiger trowel

I have been trying out the Genesis Tiger trowel, yes the wobble notch item. It is said to enable you to get a solid bed of adhesive. In the past I have tried the Rubi 45 degree notch and the Raimondi slant notch but this is by far the best. It doesnt use as much adhesive as you would think and...

    Round or square notch trowel?

From what I can gather from this very helpful forum, to fit 10mm thick mosaics, I need a 4mm trowel. It seems that to get a solid bed, you need a rounded notch trowel or is that on the larger sizes? Most of the 4mm trowels seem to be square notched. Thanks in advance.
