hi, which would be the best adhesive to use from the Mapei range for the above titled tiles please??

wickes tiles going on to wickes sts backer board in an shower enclosure.

im ok with my tiling - but, i like to take my time getting them set just right, no pro tiler, just diy.

Bit concerned the rapid set stuff will rush me a bit....

any thoughts please?
Topps tiles do a range of slow sett powder adhesive. Give you a few hours work time.
