My last Old School Shower Repair/wet room conversion. It was leaking in the basement to the point where the customer had to put a bucket underneath the drain to collect the water, 100% waterproofed. Flat Rock, MI

Your recent project tackling the shower repair and wet room conversion sounds like quite the endeavor! Dealing with a leaking issue to the point of needing a bucket in the basement must have been challenging, but it's impressive that you managed to achieve 100% waterproofing. Your attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the longevity of your work is commendable.

You caught this one too. New build. Sloppy. No waterproofing, double tile on top, worse under everything

walls weren't much better no coverage, I redid floor and bench, waterproofing, builder did walls but I watched like a hawk, and provided subcontractor the tools and waterproofing. 2-3 years later no issues

Good thing you fixed it and no longer leaks. I like the marble slab niche.
