Does anyone on here pay for their employees phone bill to ensure that they are contactable and have data to be able to send over any images? Its not something I have needed to do as of yet as just started out but have just been offered 5 x 5gb data sims with unlimited calls and text for £10 per month including Vat.

Depends what you mean by contactable. I can see a point where a requirement to be contactable could become intrusive and unreasonable.
