Hey All,

Last week, contractor installed wall and floor tiles and am now seeing pitting/holes/crumbling grout. They used Laticrete SPECTRALOCK® 1 Pre-Mixed Grout on both wall/floor.

1. Is this normal?
2. How does one remedy this?
3. Do I need to worry about this failing/leaking water?

That’s not cracking that’s tile adhesive that should of been removed before grouting just get a Stanley knife and scrape those areas and put new grout in.
