Had a fright this morning

I went out at 8am and started the Master to heat and defrost the windscreen. I closed the door and the central locking (for no reason) locked the van with the only key in the ignition and engine running. Oh Dear!

Luckily I'd forgotten to fully close the drivers window properly and it was about an inch open. After a bit of panicing I got a length of copper pipe and pushed it through the window to push the electric window button on the passenger door.

I've been told this happens frequently when the weather is as cold and I'm gonna be more careful now.

My vivaro locks when you open the back door. Always told not to leave the keys in the cab, ever!

I thought I did it with the scooby the other day but the doors was just a bit frozen stuck ha. But that does it too though I don't think it would if the engine is running. Luckily I have a spare key but it was at home at the time.

The loop that allows my blipper fob thingy to attach to the key ring has broken so I have to keep it in my pocket separate from the keys. That came in handy the other day when I managed to lock my keys in the van (no idea how I did it) .

van fitted with new turbo last week,whilst at the garage the guy left key in cab and yes it all locked up.only key .tried many times before to get one cut,but all places said they couldnt do it would have to get one from dealers at over 140 notes.....
