Can members still vote on the tied JOTM @3_fall?

Well we’re supposed to be able to Nei, but there’s not actually a vote button appearing, so that’s why it keeps saying there’s a draw and reopening the vote. I’ve raised the appropriate report, still waiting for a response. Not something I have access to unfortunately.
I’ll txt him later, see if that works.

was supposed to finish couple days ago, but hasn’t, for the reasons above.
so if it does get sorted, you’ll have to keep eye out cos voting seems to finish at about 8 on the given day.

Fixed. Ran the competition based on views and @Tony_C won. Clearly the tie-voting-thing doesn't work well. So we'll run it like this for now so we don't end up with another stalemate.
