Morning is the period from sunrise to noon. There are no exact times for when morning begins (also true of evening and night) because it can vary according to one's lifestyle and the hours of daylight at each time of year. However, morning strictly ends at noon, which is when afternoon starts. Morning can be defined as starting from midnight to noon.
Morning precedes afternoon, evening, and night in the sequence of a day. Originally, the term referred to sunrise.

    Looking forward to the morning

    Tomorrow morning i'm going back to finish a couple of marble dados around a toilet high level cistern !! It's in a trav bathroom which i tiled and now the plumber had fitted out.I have to fill around an inset mirror too. The customer says the room is "unbelievable" :8: pics will follow.

    A beer on Christmas day morning

    Who has a beer before 9am on Christmas day? As a rule I don't have anything until the kids are in bed on normal days, but I do make an exception on Christmas day. Its usually a malt whisky that someone has bought me. Be honest, don't make me feel like I might have a problem. :lol:
