    Grout removal

I've got a worx handycut (similar to the exact saw ) and it's the dogs at this kind of work. I do a lot of grout removal jobs as most other tilers avoid them and there's good money in it. With this tool its easy and attach a hoover and there's no mess either. Every tiler needs one of these bad...

    tiling over quarry tiles

Thanks guys I meant that they are happy to SLC to get rid of any lips and dips. Taking the existing up is not an option really. I'm aware that the adhesive/SLC will not stick to the wax on the tiles. Maybe I worded my thread wrong. What I was trying to say is whats the best way of going...

Bosch GTR 30 - Gimmick tool or worth having?

Its mainly stone tiles I fit. The occasional porc job. Thought I'd upgrade my kit and get some pukka hole cutters. What do you guys use for cutting holes on stone and porc? Is it better to go with the 365 kit and keep replacing them or go marcrist/rubi kits? The new marcrist dry hole cutters to...

Hi guys, I'm looking to get some hand display boards. Either in coloured mdf or perspex. (need black or white, not sure yet) Also they need to have the carry handle cut out like the boards you find in all tile showrooms. Does anyone know where I can get them? any ideas on the cost? Cheers...

    Stains on white limestone floor

Thanks for all the replies. I think between us all we've worked out a plan now then. Get a re-finishing company in to look at the stone and see if there is anything they can do by removing the sealer, cleaning or re-honing the stone. And then its a case of fingers crossed the staining isn't too...

    Stains on white limestone floor

Thanks. I have been worried about it to be honest. Tiles were all dry and fine when I left. Client and contractor have agreed its nothing to do with me so I'm pretty clear of the mess I hope. I'm just trying to fix this for the client and earn brownie points.
