This is the new Tilers Showcase Forum where we want new tiling work added, with each tiling job you complete having a thread of its own so people can see what kind of work you do, and potential customers can find your work

I thought it was about time we had a thread dedicated to all members of Tilers forums to show us any work that they do.

Be it from installing a kitchen to garden decking. Show us your work! Get those pictures taken, but then do something with them! Actually add them to a thread and some facebook groups with your website link in them etc and it'll help spread the tile love.

If you have done a job then please do share it with us.

Pics are a MUST as what is the point of sharing a job without them..:smilewinkgrin:.

So if you do a job and you take a few pics then please do share it with us.

Lets make it a big thread for all to view and input in.

recently completed kitchen job

we used altundra tiles from tile giant on this in stead of the specced keope that were initially chosen
tiles were good to work with at a very good price
anthracite grout and silicone to finish

enjoyed this one
customer to get an independant company to fit 1 solid peice of orange glass to the splashback area with a price that would make you faint
i think it will look a great job once completed with the glass

A recent wet room ........... Even now its still not finished as waiting on custom made shower screen glass to be made and delivery of large freestanding bath. Used Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed for the first time here after using Latexplan for years.......I will not be using the latter in the future! Will post final pics when all finished

How did you find the renovation screed? any tips on how to apply? ive got 3 bags to put down tomorrow over UFH. Got a plasterers trowel and a spiked roller.....

Ta dave. Only tip really is to work as fast as you can (mixing & pouring) and to stick to the measurements of water ratio that mapei quote. I think from memory i used the max (4.5l) of water per bag and it was perfect. Flowed itself with very little rolling required. Have you read the other threads/ posts on the ren screed slc?Happy latexing mate!

A few pics of my front path, wife couldnt get the pram over the front door threshold so I decided to tile the path in sand and cement to bring the levels up ,not finished yet but thought i'd post a few pictures all tiles were cut to size and the pattern was designed by me

thanks. i fit amtico and karndean vinyl tiles for a living so i wasnt paying £400 quid for a ceramic tiler to do my bathroom.

just hoping the adhesive i used sticks them ok. (my other thread in adhesive section)
it seems ive used the wrong type of adhesive but it wasnt my mistake . it was the salesman at tile giant.

Sometimes I envy you guys with your straight when possible normal tiles... this is tonight's pic of my work in progress, the commission as given by the London artist who wanted me to translate/'interpret' her original artwork into a mosaic, the background NOT to be completely black and with some movement.... anyhow, this is partially grouted, the background will be grouted with either black epoxy or black marble/stone glue, not sure yet, the hilly bits with a grey epoxy and the brick path with a salmon pnik/yellowish died marble/stone glue or sand epoxy, not sure yet either. Nervous about getting the borderlines tidy, so far so good, but a little tricky.

Anyhow, the original artwork again and the partially grouted progress pic - the mosaic is around 1250 x1000
