Empty open road.
No traffic.
Dry.
Dual Carriageway.
Doing less than 60!
Yes well done Hertfordshire. Thats a real good use of time and money. I can see how travelling at 58mph on an open dual carriageway at less than 60mph is such a road safety offence. Realllllyyy goood work Miss marples. So I will have to sell even more sets of drills to pay your crappy picture!
Oh yes and why not feel free to stick up my insurance for the next five years for this horrible crime.

We have three sections of dual carriage way around here that are 30 mph limit and they constantly have mobile speed camera's on them catching hundreds at a time.....

can you see it's you driving in the picture? if it's inconclusive i'm sure you can get away with it, provided someone else is allowed to drive it
