I have recently been contacted about some bad work done by tilers who left a chipped tile on the wall and the grout is so bad the customer has put post-it notes all over the wall indicating where the grout is too proud. What is the best way to rectify this please, bearing in mind I am a female...

Thank you for your replies. The problem was not removing the nut but actually getting the wheel out of the machine. However, worked out eventually that the flap comes off completely freeing the wheel. Next problem is the new wheel - which IS the correct one for the machine - is 127mm instead...

Can anyone tell me how to change the wheel on a Rubi ND-125. Mine needs changing and can't work out how to get the wheel out!!:mad2:
