i went ahead and made a portfolio up to show customers while i sized room up etc and in all honesty i didnt find it helped infact i felt some customers thought it was odd i was offering them and one even said no your ok lol still got the job mind i just send them to my website now i thought it...

i am tempted to take them for all of it...after all it was them who aproached a solicitor

update on this guys n gals,letter received stating they do not want to go to court and want both parties to walk away...paying me 50 percent of my bill as invoiced through sub contractors been nothing but hassle this i can either accept and move on or chase them down for the extra money...

i normally point towards anthracite grout...wear latex gloves and have a float,sponge and bucket kept aside for this colour its mucgh easier to work with than black also and not too far away colour wise

i think your first port of call is to advise the builder you are cancelling the job.
