I have a Sigma 10m9, great cutter but still has issues. It's got a small bed so bigger tiles are possible but you need sets of rollers to manage bigger stuff with accuracy. Once set up though it works a treat.
No case, monty's don't come with cases. I can do a pic tomorrow. Condition of it is fine. They are great cutters but not as good as Sigma's in my opinion. I have just about got all mine replaced with Sigma now, just the 600 to go.
The klick klock handle is a regular push handle but then when you want to break the handle does a 180 deg flip over away from you to then push down and complete the break, if that makes sense. Also i think i am right in saying the max machines and handle has the greatest breaking strength.
Not stupid questions at all. I did think of all your points as well, all my other sigmas are perfect. Gutted. It might have to go back to the shop. Not sure of the returns policy on these machines though.
