Ok you have a job with 600 x 300 Porcelain, The tile is a light colour and mapei Jasmine grout is to be used.
Would you use Mapei Keraquick white adhesive, Grey adhesive or doesnt it matter.

Personally i use white to go with a light grout.. but if you work clean then grey can be used but i like to make sure of no bleed.

I've used both, white by choice, grey by neccessity. I don't think it's critical with porcelain as long as you work cleanly. Porcelain shouldn't stain like natural stone can

When you say "Neccessity" what do you mean? Because its cheaper or because its been supplied by the client ?

depends on who's supplying..if it's a large amount and the difference between being competative or not..I'd use grey and work clean..money no object?..then it's white!

If it was a light coloured polished porcelain, then I would opt for white. Otherwise I have no preference and have used both grey and white (not on the same job, I hasten to add:smilewinkgrin🙂.

White because of the grout for me.

I know a few of you who saw this picture the other day might have thought it was tubbed gear because of the colour but it is in fact BAL SPF White because the grout will be white.
