Hi,
Im tile the bottom third of the bathroom wall in a straight herringbone (where the tiles are horizontal and vertical rather than on a 45 degree). Im just wondering where to start to make sure the patter doesnt look odd, start in the middle as normal and work out or start in the top corner and have the smaller cuts on the bottom?
Also I need to go around a window reveal and a internal corner so wondering how the pattern carries on around these types of corners. The tiles im using are 300x100 so theres 3 vertical tiles to each horizontal rather than the usual 2 too.

I have searched the forum for 'herringbone' but only one result came up and google isnt much help with the straight pattern either.

thanks in advance.
