Victorian chequered 10 X 10 layout with border. - Tile Advice

Hi all.
Just about to embark on a small job approximately 4 sq metres of 10 X 10cm Victorian chequered diagonal with a black border. I want to make sure that I have a white half diagonal meeting a black square border. Must have it from left to right and top to bottom. Anyone have any layout plans etc to hand or any websites etc?
