If you checkout the above test thread, you'll see the user (me in this case) has had the option to enter extra information regarding the job. I thought it'd help those looking for work to iron out some of the common questions before you get in touch.
I've also added a Contact link for each member under their avatar, to help newbies get in touch with other forum members. Always thought the extra click or two was confusing for newbies myself. So that should help things move along in forums where contact is needed.

You will also notice the data gets entered under the thread title. So you can scan the forum without needing to open up each thread when looking for work.
