Tiling around Wetroom tray drain - Tile Advice

Hi,

We've just had a wetroom put in and everything has gone really well and I'm happy apart from the tiling around the drain. I assume this isn't the finish/ standard that I should be getting? Or does it just need to be grouted/siliconed?

I don't silicone around my drains because the plumber usually has to do so work to the drain after tiling so it's left for the plumber to do after .

Only a few gulleys should be siliconed, others need grouting.
It depends on manufacturer.
