Why is this happening to my tile hasn't been a year installed.

What is the substrate ?
I'm not sure if it was wood or not. Old ceramic tile was removed and the marble tile was installed. The first time it happened and they came by to fix it, I wasn't home, hubby was but it was gritty walking on the floor.
