NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! You can't!
I had an original victorian floor in Lytham St Annes which they wanted removing. I couldn't do it and so I convinced the owners that leaving it would add value long-term.
I used greenstar to fix Ditra to it and tiled over it.
I know that it could easily then be restored later. Photos left with the owners for when they sell/move.

Where is that floor?

3 grand a night hotel. They are replacing it with 1.2 bent v&b heres a picture of another part I finished today it's horrid.

If it's a listed building the sh*t will hit the fan!
And it looks like a listed building to me inside and out.
