Great result John. Were any of the original, bowed tiles loose or cracked ?.

No - all fixed by client about 6 years ago onto plywood.
High in the middle and dipped 20mm left to 30mm right!
5 bags levelling screed for 5sq mts.
Still got a 15sq metre entrance and foyer to do in geometrics but that’s original screed from 1850.
