subfloor for kitchen tiles - Tile Advice

hi went to a very small job this morning which turned into customer asking me to finish whole kitchen !!, including tiling the floor. floor is 2m x 3m well fixed tongue and groove. floor is solid with no loose boards. having read several other threads on here i'm still not sure what is the best way forward with regard to preparing the floor ready to tile onto. tiles are 200 x 200 porcelain/ceramic ie not stone/travertine etc

If there is no bounce at all in the floor then overboard with 6mm backer boards.

I would recommend 6mm backer-boards too if the sub floor is solid.

A good quality rapid setting flexible addy.

Or if you use "No More Ply" backer boards you use their own Mega strength adhesive in a tube plus screws.
