I'm looking to basically generate decent work for myself and a few good lads I know as we're looking to target our works and maximize our.earners.
It's been a while since I was running a firm. I used the CIS 25 vouchers back then, taxed 18% at source on labour, so pretty simple. I'd get the enquires, pass the Bill of quants etc to a mate who was a QS to price the package, and then just crack on and get the job done.
Now I guess things have changed? So my question is.. What is the minimum paperwork I need to run the tiling on say a coffee shop refurb or a car showroom floor etc. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks
