Done a feature wall in split face, customer was dead happy with it. I've sealed it using fila pt10 wet look colour enhancer, which is the look he wanted. Any way he calls me up saying it's gone much lighter and the colour isn't as dark now. This is I've a week later. I'm thinking of getting some colour enhancer from topps where he bought the tiles from and applying that. But would it improve it as the first sealer well have sealed the stone already?? Thanks in advance

No he said he wanted a wet look colour enhancer, which I already had from another job. I used it and he not happy with it now. Not sure about lighting

can't say why it's gone light.
lesson learn, always do a test and sign it of, natural product act differently when sealed.
can you do a test on an off cut to see if it has gone lighter or if he is wrong

Could have maybe sealed it too soon after fitting trapping in some moisture, although that should in theory be able to escape through the gaps..strange one!!

I think the customer probably meant its brighter and more vibrant after the wet look sealer which he could be viewing as lighter
