Shower area tiles lifting - Tile Advice

Morning all,
Recently tiled a bathroom but I have a problem with the floor tiles in the shower area that appear to have lifted. Bathroom has probably been tiled for a year but only used for the last two months.
Floor makeup as follows

Pozijoists over specced with 1/3 of the usual deflection and then centres set at 400mm rather than the specified 600mm ( I have a strong dislike of bouncy floors)

25mm egger chipboard flooring glued and screwed at perimeter as per egger instructions.

In the main area xps board fixed to the primed chipboard with bal flexible tile adhesive.

In the shower area xps shower former fixed as above

Shower area tanked with taped joints

Electric ufh mat fitted in both areas and self levelling applied to cover ufh

Self levelling primed and tiles stuck down with bal micromax flexible grout

At the time I believed all the above was correct but I now have two hairline cracks in the grout in the shower area and one or maybe two tiles that are showing signs of movement.

Anyone any ideas what I’ve got wrong?

Slight error above!! I didn’t stick the tiles down with grout! Stuck with back flexible adhesive and then grouted with bal micromax
