DIY Self leveller not drying - Tile Advice

Hi there,

tried searching but didn’t really get a clear answer to an issue I’m having with self levelling compound (Level Quick RS).

we pour it about 12 hours ago but it’s starting to flake off on some areas and some are still wet when you touch it. It should be walkable after 4hrs so I’m getting a little nervous. We followed the instructions and primed to a T, so not sure what’s wrong.

Any thoughts on what’s to do next?

Too much water by the looks of it. You can tell by the milky residue

too wet and too thin. scrape it up and start again
