Hello. As part of having a new kitchen fitted we had the fitting company tile the kitchen floor. The 'tiler' has grouted, but needs to return to clean up and seal. I am not a tiler, but the current state of the floor looks unacceptable to me. Am I being unreasonable?

The following pictures are by no means exhaustive. If I am correct and this is as bad as it looks to me, then are there any corrective actions that can be made other than ripping up the floor?

This discolored patch looks suspiciously like the adhesive that I saw everywhere before the grout went down.

Grout not properly mixed?

This is a cut tile. Surely the cut edge should be at the edge not in the middle of the floor?

Picture speaks for itself really.

All and any comments/advice welcome.

Perfect Tiling

Thats pretty poor quality. If thats what you can see I'd be worried about whats underneath....What are the tiles fixed to....concrete....backer boards or straight to chipboard and are the fully bonded with the tiles being back buttered (adhesive skimmed onto back of tile if porcelain or large format) or just fixed with dot and dab. If a cut edge needs to be used in a grout line then ideally it should be rubbed with a diamond style stone to remove the cut edge.....any chipped tiles should be replaced......and picture 4 shoulks have a gap between tile and timber to be siliconed to give expansion gap.
