Hi,

I have just removed the old tiles of the first wall of the bathroom and some of the plaster has come off with the tiles; also the top half looks like it was painted sometimes in the past.

Do you think I should try to remove all the old plaster and the paint before replastering, or just the bits which are coming off easily?

Also should I PVA the wall before plastering?

Cheers,

I have not thought about this.
Do you think I could have any issues fixing 600x300 porcelain tiles on plasterboard?

So in theory, all I have to do is to dot and dab the plasterboard to the wall (after I clean it to the blocks) and then prime it with something like Mapei Primer G?

I managed to clean all the walls to the blocks, but I am not sure about this plaster on top of the window. It had any purpose other than to hold the tiles?
