Hi all
Part of my bathroom is being ripped up for plumbing repairs. We’ve bought expensive replacement tiles. They are marble - 20mm thick. But I’ve just found out the existing tiles are 10mm. Is is possible to cut the thickness of my new tiles?
Thank you very much for your advice!

I very much doubt it, marble is quite a soft stone and to try and cut it in half depth wise would be nearly impossible, but im no expert and there may well be a way.

Saying that your best bet would probably trying to grind it down rather than cut it?
