Re using Victorian mosaic tiles

Hi,
I have acquired Victorian mosaic floor tiles that I am wanting to reuse to tile my exterior front door area!
How do I remove cement from the edges and do the tiles have to have all of the cement removed to be re laid effectively

Thanks for your reply! How do I remove it! I’ve tried scraping but it’s not removing it! Would a small grinder be best?

Yep. Clean all the tiles up. Painful task i know.
