Has anyone had experience of being asked to fix to this?

Got a site meeting on Weds to discuss an installation, but I always thought the finished surface came as a part of that type of flooring.

I'll be able to figure out what is or isn't possible when I see it, but just wondered if anyone had any thoughts

Tony, as long as the raised access flooring is securely fixed and all the feet are locked, with loctite or similar, you can overboard with Hardie backer, glued and screwed and fit antifracture mat and tile.

Appreciate that. Will be interested to see why there isn't a simple 'go to' surface that fits their needs, but if tiling is the preferred finish at least it's a goer

Fully agree with 3_fall. The TTA have a document for these floors. If you contact me at work with your email address I will send you a copy. Went to specify one of these yesterday and a lot of the legs/supports were loose.

Looked at this one today. The feet are in resin and to be honest it was far steadier than I was expecting.

The finished boards are metal. Ardex do a primer for that, so getting the Hardi fixed with both adhesive and self tappers doesn't look an issue

Will mail you Glynn, thanks
