Pricing - Tile Advice

Hi everyone, I’m just after a bit of advice. I’ve been tiling for 2 years now ( sub contracting ) and I’m now looking at going completely on my own. I’m mainly going to be working on new builds for the likes of persimmon etc. I was just wondering how you guys price it all up and how much you charge pm2. Do you have your labour cost and tile cost separately e.g £50pm2 labour then then tiles or £50pm2 labour + tiles.
