Hi all

I’m wondering whether someone might be able to diagnose an issue I’ve got with my kitchen tiles.

They are 60 cm by 60 cm porcelain. A number of them seem to be rocking underfoot and the grout keeps on coming loose.

Any ideas what the issue is? Three tiles have also developed hairline cracks which you can just about see on the attached. The tiles who did the work claims they have been properly laid and won’t engage in fixing.

To complicate matters we have tried to get a replacement batch of tiles to replace the cracked ones but can’t get an exact size match - they are a few mm out. Is it realistically possible to cut oversized tiles to size and do a spot repair job?

thanks!
