Old tiles need replacing - what are the steps you take to remove tiles?

Hi am Vinny, i am new to this forum and looking for advice on some old tiles that need replacing

Hi i am trying to find some tiles i need to replace some that have fallen off
i think are Italian i thought they where called Marmo but not sure

When you say fallen off what do you mean? Have they come away from the wall?
