Hi,

So I’ve recently bought a new house and I’ve got some problems with the tile on the ground floor.

I’ve got some 600 x 600 porcelanosa tiles laid and it’s been grouted with a light grey grout on a concrete slab floor. I’ve got some patches of grout that look like someone has poured water onto the grout in parts. It just looks wet.

I have had the tile company back to the house and they say it’s just moisture and it will dry however the tile was done about 4 months ago and I’ve been in the house for 7 weeks and it’s not getting any better. Is this right has anyone else come across this or does it sound like something else could be the problem? I can post pictures if needed?

I really don't know. I'll need to ask the builders but they seem very cagey about it all. Do you think it looks like water underneath the tiles?
