Manhattan grey would be ideal.

I did some duck egg crackle glaze metros last year with light grey Kerakoll epoxy grout

Or this ghastly lime green metro job with Mapei Tourmaline grout from a few years back

@Schlüter-Systems Ltd have a good range of trims or you could look at Dural trims which they can powder coat to your RAL colour
