Really sorry to see such shoddy work. IMO anyone who is prepared to leave a job looking like that on the surface has no idea how to tile, and will not have used the correct prep methods or adhesives. The only way to deal with this kind of work efficiently I'm afraid is to take it out and start again, but using a tiler rather than a jaack of all trades.

Find the tiler and date stamp his head.
Tempting! It's going through court. He can't understand what the problem is and wants us to pay him. Will all be ripped out and done again in June thankfully.
Can anyone tell us who we can get to come and do an independant report on the whole bathroom for court. Thanks

He can’t understand why 😂.

The TTA ( Tile association ) do reports that WILL stand up in a court of law .. but not cheap..

I think it's about £1000 to get a report from them and we need a report for the whole thing. There's so many other things wrong with it.
It's already been to court but the judge adjourned it to get a report done. He was so sure he'd done a good job he didn't even get any legal advice. Just thinks that he should be paid.
