Hi , herringbone pattern. - Tile Advice

I'll soon be tiling a kitchen floor , 18m2 , tile size 600mmx300mm , but she wants it done in a herringbone pattern , where do i start ? please help.

Dave , i haven't got a room layout plan , it's 5.5mx3.3m , theres no kitchen units in so no awkward cuts , and 2 door ways. i just need to see some pictures of a floor done like this then i'll be able to work it out , i pretty confident i can do it, i need to see a few pictures. if you can help then fantastic . cheers dave.

I haven't got any pics of Herringbone tiling but here is a pdf on the pattern..

Just make sure you keep sqaure to the room....

Hello Matthew and welcome again,
I laid a herringbone pattern floor last week,it was in a bathroom with 660mmx140mm timber effect tiles,all set at 45 degrees with a single border running right way around,turned out class,i'll be grouting it tomorrow,i have pics on my phone but can't scan my card into my pc for some unknown reason,i need it sorted quick to enter the monthly comp.
