Ready mixed https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ will never set under a tile that large, you will need to take up and relay with cement based flexible/ slowset / fastset https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ depending on the sub base.

If they are still wet then they will come up and clean off easily...
clean back the timber floor ....SBR it...... overlay with an anti fracture matting ( sticking it down with the same https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ ),,, then re-tile using an S2 https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ ( more flexibility than S1)....
Being as your floor has been laid already ... cuts are pre done ;so should be fairly straightforward
Good luck👍

Gonna have to remove the tiles, and clean them up PERFECTLY clean on the underneath to remove any https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ residue, as the new and proper cement-based https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/ will need to bond to the tiles.

Board the floor using Hardibacker or other cement board if timber. Possibly level the floor as you are using fairly large format tiles. Tile away using an S1 or S2 powder flexible https://www.tilersforums.com/forums/tile-adhesive/.
