Hi first time poster here

I’ve just had my kitchen floor tiled and the tile lippage on a number on the tiles exceeds BS I’ve attached a couple of pictures where I’ve measured the gap with a level and steel rule. If anyone can provide any advice I reckon over the floor approx 40 out of 125 tiles have excess lippage

also a large amount of the grouting has air bubbles and lumps in it

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi have you spoke to the fixer about the issues , something gone very wrong with the grout with bubble in it like that
In discussion at the moment they are suggesting patching the grout and lifting and relaying the tiles but given how many are uneven we have concerns about that.
