Help please!

Victorian red quarry tiled floor...
Cleaned with bleach..... Its stained, is there anything I can do to restore the colour/get rid of the stains? Also to get the shine back again? I'm unsure if they were sealed previously, is this a good idea and any advice appreciated.

Years ago we used to treat Quarry Tiles with Linseed Oil to seal them and take away the cement bloom
Worth a try on an inconspicuous area...
